Why do we need a stupid statutory holiday in February? I really don't know. And 'Family Day'? For those with a family, everyday is like a family day. And what about those that don't have a family? Anyway...since things are closed across the city, Family Day has turned into a "Let's Draw Faces On Balloons Day"
